- Delivery service is available for Hong Kong areas via SF Express and oversea areas via SF Express or HK SpeedPost. Please ensure that your supplied shipping address and other contact details are up to date.
- For order dispatch, please allow 10 business days from your order confirmation date.
- You will receive an email notification with a tracking number after your order is dispatched. Please be responsible for tracking the package.
- MOSSES uses bubblewrap and waterproofed packaging to package the order.
- If the courier fails to reach the receiver, the order will be returned to MOSSES store with extra charges. All fees will be covered by the customer.
- MOSSES cannot take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
