凝視花束的枯萎與盛開
重複著兩句看似相同
又不一樣的句子：
Body departs, soul remains
抑或
Soul departs, body remains

翻開半透明的紙張
花的美也許在於
對它們來說
生和死
都是件很淡的事情

由大學畢業收到的花束為起點，拿著傻瓜相機olympus mju ii拍著花的每一瞬間，並利用每種紙張的特性帶出花的微妙之處──《body remains, soul departs》就是這樣誕生了。

Gazing at the withering and blooming of a bouquet
Repeating lines that appear the same
Yet are different:
Body departs, soul remains
Or perhaps,
Soul departs, body remains

Turning over the translucent paper
Perhaps the beauty of flower
Lies in the fact that to them

Life and death
Are only very mellow matters



With the bouquet from university graduation as the starting point, the artist captures the flowers’ every moment with a simple Olympus mju ii. Combining with the unique nature of each paper, body remains, soul departs was borne of revealing the tenderness of flowers.
